Eligibility

Complete all required form fields
All information must be accurate and truthful
Photos of both the racer and their Hot Rod/Bike are required for building your driver page. These can be submitted via email at racers@racinforalivin.com after submission is accepted.
You will receive an email confirming submission acceptance.

Submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the submission window.
Drivers accumulate media bonus points during the submission window through documented promotional activity. (table provided once submission is accepted along with instructions, help materials. Custom help is available and JVThunderCat personnel can be available for interviews if available.)
The top 50 drivers by media bonus accumulation will be selected to advance to the voting phase.
All top 50 selected drivers must complete and return a W-9 before voting begins. Drivers who do not return a W-9 within the specified window may be replaced by the next eligible submission.
The voting window will be announced when voting opens.
Duration is determined by JVThunderCat Media LLC based on field activity and competition momentum.
Confirmed contenders are required to participate in an interview, which will be scheduled after contact.
Interviews are typically conducted remotely unless otherwise arranged.
Contender interviews are used as part of the featured content during the voting window.
A portion of the interview will be used for the REVEAL just prior to the voting for introductions which may or may not have a "live" element for some.
Fans vote during the voting window along with Media bonus votes.
Winner and final standings will be announced following the close of voting. Announcement date will be confirmed when the voting window is established.

Cat 4 pays out to all 50 competing drivers based on vote standings. $25,000 progressive sponsorship purse. Winner amounts determined by final vote standings and total purse.
W-9's will be sent and signed and returned before voting starts from all of the top 50 racers.
Winners will receive a 1099 for all winnings valued over $600.00 in a year
Prize value includes cash and any additional prizes
Winner responsible for applicable taxes
In the event that fewer than 50 qualified drivers are selected, JVThunderCat Media LLC reserves the right to conclude the competition before voting. In that event the competition concludes before voting, the top 7 drivers by media bonus accumulation will receive the progressive portion of the purse — the prize pool amount above the $25,000 floor — as their payout. The $25,000 floor remains guaranteed regardless of field size as long as the voting starts. All other prize terms remain in effect.

By submitting, you grant JVThunderCat Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your submitted content (including photos, videos, and written material) for purposes related to The Lineup, including review, promotion, voting, and featured content across JVThunderCat Media platforms. You retain full ownership of your submitted content.
Produced Content: All interviews, recordings, videos, photographs, webpages, and other media produced by JVThunderCat Media LLC in connection with The Lineup remain the sole property of JVThunderCat Media LLC.

Void where prohibited by law.
JVThunderCat Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time.
All decisions by JVThunderCat Media LLC regarding eligibility, media bonus accumulation, and final standings are final and binding.
